Shipping Rates

We use a weight-based shipping system, which calculates shipping costs based on the total weight of your order at checkout. This method allows us to provide you with the most accurate shipping rates for your specific purchase.

Handling Fee

A flat handling fee of $3 is automatically added to all orders. This fee helps cover the cost of packaging materials and processing.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This timeframe begins from the date of your order placement.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been processed and shipped, RNovative Wellness is not responsible for any delays in transit. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email (if one is given) once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. International Shipping will also increase delivery time.  We currently only ship direct within the USA, however reach out to us through the contact us page for the next steps in completing your internation order.

Free Shipping

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. The terms of these offers will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion.
