Refund and Return Policy

At RNovative Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Sometimes things happen, and a return is required. While we understand it is hard to make everyone happy, we are determined to try! Here's our policy for returns and refunds:

NO REFUNDS

We at RNovative Wellness understand accidents happen in the ordering process. If this happens for you, please reach out as soon as possible. We are, however, unable to honor refund requests for any reason once product is shipped. 

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • All lingerie and clothing items must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.

  • Other products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • All returns must include any original parts, accessories, and packaging.

Important Notes

  • Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, once an item has been opened, it is considered used and is non-returnable. This policy ensures the health, safety, and peace of mind for all our customers.

  • All sales are final for opened products.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount.

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

Product Warranty

RNovative Wellness does not offer warranties on products. However, some items may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. To inquire about potential warranty coverage, please visit our Contact Us page for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Provide your Order Number when submitting your request.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Remember, we can only process returns for items purchased directly from RNovative Wellness. If you bought a product from another retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
